Came round really promptly to give an honest quote and was happy throughout the process for additions and changes and always gave an honest opinion in aim to save money rather than just replace for the sake of it. High quality work and all our gutters are flowing brilliantly. They needed a tweak after first but of rain which he came round and sorted in a matter of half an hour.. cannot recommend enough! "Absolutely Terrible Experience with Kris! I had such a frustrating experience with Kris. First off, he showed up at my property without my consent while I was out of the country, and when I returned, I found that the gutter was still broken—as a matter of fact, it was in worse shape than before! When I reached out to Kris to express my concerns, he kept demanding payment, insisting that the repairs had been completed. He provided me with nothing but two blurry photos as proof, which felt quite dodgy. I explained that I couldn't possibly pay for work that wasn’t done, but Kris escalated the situation, becoming aggressive and even threatening to come to my property and take down my guttering! Eventually, after a lot of back and forth, Kris reluctantly agreed to take payment for the initial clean and not the repair. However, his threatening behaviour left me feeling uneasy and distrusting. It was clear he was just looking for a payday without actually doing the job. I cannot stress enough how unprofessional and unsettling my experience was with Kris. If you value your peace of mind, stay away from this guy! Stand your ground, people; don’t let someone like this bully you into paying for shoddy work! Also, I think this may be the very first genuine review from an actual customer!"

"Kris is very friendly. He came for a visit to see the loosen down pipe and provide a quote for gutter clearance and option for facias and soffits washing, which looked reasonable so we booked in for both clearance and washing. The gutters were experiencing overflow, likely built up by moss as we have no idea about any clearance or maintenance ever done by the previous resident. Kris did a great work making all these clear and white, and fixing the loosen pipe connection! Very happy with his cleaning works."
