"Woodhouse environmental fitted an air source heat pump and underfloor heating in our newly renovated home about a year ago. They worked quickly and tidily within our deadlines to make sure we were able to move in on time. They installed a phenomenal heating system which has been a great addition to our home. The guys were all polite and a pleasure to have here and we have since had them back to install an air conditioning unit too. "We had three local companies come out to quote for air conditioning, all who gave conflicting recommendations which left us unsure if we wanted to proceed. In a final attempt to get advice and a quote, we invited Woodhouse Environmental to do this. Trevor was fantastic and qualified our needs whilst putting the other companies to shame in what they had told us we needed (clearly the others were commissioned salesmen) when Trevor’s quote came through, we had to call him and check it was correct and nothing had been missing as they were £3000 cheaper than others had quoted. Needless to say we went ahead. Installation was arranged for a week later and we had the delight of Will carrying out our install. "I was on the fence about getting AC in our home at first, but it's without a doubt one of the best purchases I've ever made. It's amazing to have in the Summer, guaranteed great night sleep all year round. Don't have to worry about the noise outside or pollen (as a hay-fever sufferer) as we no longer have to sleep with the windows open. But it's also been incredible in the Winter, so quick to heat up and control individual rooms - meaning it's a lot more cost effective also. Once the decision was made to install I couldn't of been happier with Woodhouse Services as a provider/company. There's a lot to be said for family run businesses and the personal touch and far better customer service than others. They were quick to get back to me and give a very competitive quote. Very well organised - which is a lot more than you can say for a lot of companies these days. The engineers were really nice guys, very polite and respectful. The manager, Chris, was incredible from start to finish. I love that even as a Director, he is still so involved. He even came out to do some of the installation himself, showing that he knows what he's talking about! He was incredibly patient and made sure that I was absolutely sure I knew how to operate the system and how to maintain it. I will definitely be using Woodhouse for servicing for the years to come. If you're considering AC, it's 100% worth it and Woodhouse is the company you'll want!"
