Verisure Alarms for Home & Business - Southampton

"The battery died 16 days after installation. No battery charger was left for me and assorted promises to rectify this crucial omission have not been kept. On top of this, Christian took it upon himself to interfere in my personal life. I would happily have paid him NOT to do that. Just more stress, not less."

"Phoned Customer Service over the weekend(Returned Call) and they were very very rude, called again to complain and they were rude too, ask lots of security question even thou there is a shared security phase, like what is the exact value of the direct debit, when you don't know they hang up, not even allowed to look it up. Was never like this when they first started. Mike Charman Southern Logic"

"Don't waste your money verisure alarm. Rubbish"

"Very poor installation and maintenance. Mis sold a number of products on frankly what could only be described as lies. Overall total waste of money. I'd avoid these people. We will cancel immediately once the 6 months lock in period is complete. Until then we are stuck paying these cowboys 40 pound a month for nothing."
