"Stuart and his team were amazing for our move. Right from the get go, Stuart was really communicative and responsive. His initial visit to provide a quote was exhaustive, and we talked through each room, what our needs were, and he alleviated my concerns around moving our huge TV. We went for the “only need to put the kettle on” option, meaning we didn’t have to do anything on the day before the move. Our furniture was disassembled and packed up, and we were left with everything we would need for a comfortable nights sleep. On the day of the move, those last bits were packed up and the team went to wait at the new property while we waited to collect the keys. Everything was unloaded from the vans in less than an hour, and everything that was disassembled was reassembled in the new house. Across the two days, the guys probably took around 9 hours to securely pack, load, and unload a 3 bed house, and everything went super smoothly. Couldn’t have done it without them!"
