TMA Building Services

"TMA were absolutely amazing! From start to finish they're very attentive. The team is incredible and they comunicate well with one another. Me and my partner felt like we were listened to. For a long time I've wanted my little workshop; I've had the idea in a book for years! TMA brought my dream into reality. We were worried at first as our project seemed too small, but they made us feel just as important. If ever we need anything done in the future I'll be using them again. An amazingly skilled team who are fantastic at working together and they are all such friendly, profesional people."

"Pete and his team did a fantastic job on our major house renovation project in 2023. There were always people here, sometimes more than 8 a day with specialist trades. The work was well planned and executed to a very high standard. Pete made many, many positive suggestions for improvement on the design; the little things that matter. We would have no hesitation in recommending TMA for your project and happy to discuss as references."

"We had major house renovation in 2022 carried out by TMA Buildings to very high quality standards. This included an extension, two rooms joint into a great open space, new kitchen and utility plus new doors and new floors throughout. Their professional work and approach to the whole project worked really well for us with a few key aspects that stood out: First, this team really know how to control dust! We lived in the house during all these works and had no dust in the space we lived in or used for cooking. This was very important to us. They understood this from the start and fully boarded out all their working areas. They even built a temporary worktop, cabinets and a cooking area for us, out of the way which saved us a lot of hassle. Second, they fully understand Building Regulations and know what advise to give to meet regulations. As we changed the project quite a bit, changed materials, widened doorways etc halfway through the project, TMA were very flexible and gave us time to decide. TMA also cover all trades we needed: drainage, plumbing, electrics, plastering, carpeting, roofing etc. Their manager is a really good project manager and brings everyone in when required. Works started in time and were completed when we agreed – this was also very important for us. 18 months after completion, we continue to be very happy with the project and how well was delivered by TMA."

"TMA Building undertook major building works on our property in 2023. We couldn't be more pleased with the work, everything from keeping the property tidy during the works to the first class quality of the finishing. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend."

"Failed to keep appointments, no communication whatsoever. Didn't have the decency to tell us they're not interested in the work offered."
