"I had air conditioning installed. Shane was my engineer and Tetra is his company. He was with me for 2 very long hot days of 30 degrees and he spent most of it outside, not one word of complaint. He was tidy, moved furniture to get the access he needed, covered everything in dust sheets and made sure any mess was very minimal. The job threw out difficulties and he had to think round the problems to get the installation in on time and ready for the electrician the next day. He didn’t stop for breaks or lunch just kept working solidly. He finished the job on time, somehow!! Then he moved all the furniture back, hoovered, tidied and cleaned everything where he had worked. A fantastic experience and an exceptionally talented engineer that really understands what it means to do a great job, the right way, excellent customer care. He was a pleasure to have in the house, nothing was too much trouble, he paid a great deal of attention to detail and it showed. It’s been a very long period of time since I have met anyone as good at his job with all of his other skills. I would recommend Shane without hesitation, if you are lucky enough to engage his services you won’t be disappointed. I have gone on to ask him to look after my air conditioning units in the future for annual servicing and anything else needed. Congratulations Shane, you were amazing!! All the best Mandy"

"I had just moved into a new property with my better half and was struggling to get the cold water going any faster than a trickle. First thing we did was call out southern water who came out and checked the pressure their end which appeared to be fine. The southern water engineer recommended we change the stop clock as it is an older property. We did this to no avail. After this we called out a plumber as we are living in the property and in dire need of water. Two people came out and attached a pipe to what they thought was the main line and there was no pressure. Over 2 hours pass and £240 down the drain. Leading us to believe the problem was with southern water. So we call them back out. The next guy was really helpful to be honest and tried to help us out any way he could, even digging up the external to see if the fault was their end. But still no water. This is day 4 and we're worrying that the supply line may be blocked or damaged. He recommended we search on safe water for a plumber (what I understand is these are certified). We contacted everyone in our area for quotes on getting the line fixed and tetra got back to us and said they wanted to take a look at the situation to give a quote. Enter Shane, he messaged us when running slightly later than planed due to another job (this is understandable) and we appreciated the timely heads up. He then called when he was 15 mins away. When he arrived I explained the situation and he had a look at what had been done previously. He felt something was wrong when the piping the previous plumbers had attached went into the wall and appeared to go up. (It was difficult to see but he showed me the recording on his phone). He then began to follow the pipe back in an attempt to find where it originated in the house (nobody else had done this). It was complicated as it is an old building. But after 10/15 mins he found it. Old rusted stop clock hidden just beneath the radiator in the kitchen. He got his tools to attempt to open it as it was sealed shut and it did. Immediately began to leak! He calmly sealed the leak and tested the water through the pipe the previous plumbers installed. We had water!! He then reattached the stop the previous plumbers dismantled and gave me the honers of turning the tap. I was so happy it actually brought a tear to my eyes. He charged for the 1 hour at £75 and that was it. We had 5 people that were plumbers or southern water look at it before hand and he found it by being diligent. I highly recommend tetra and will be using them again when we get to future renovations. If your seeing this Shane, again thank you so much and all the best."
