"My upstairs lights decided not to work, which included a mazerater in the on suite toilet. Went to Google looked at reviews and decided to give Solid electrics a try. Went online and booked a call back from the website. Got a message giving me a possible date and time, as this was acceptable I agreed. Got an email to confirm and a call the day before as a reminder. On the day I had an email to say Shem was on his way and approximately 20 mins away. Shem then did a test on the wiring and found a likely cause. Unfortunately it was in an unaccessible part of my very full loft. So after I clean a space he'll be back to fix. In all an extremely efficient response by a friendly expert. Would recommend Shem to anyone."
