"5 stars simply are not enough for SMH Plumbing & Heating Ltd!! From start to finish, the whole experience was superb. I found the company to be extremely professional, friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. What stood out to me most was that they treat you like a human being, not just another job on the list. I had been dealing with an ongoing plumbing and hot water issue in my flat for around four years. Over that time, I had several plumbers come out, and sadly many either failed to resolve the problem or left me feeling like they were trying to rip me off. I had honestly reached the point where I had almost given up on ever getting it sorted properly. Then SMH Plumbing & Heating Ltd came in and completely changed everything. Every step of the way, the issue was explained to me clearly and thoroughly. I was talked through the possible options, and once those options were explained, I was guided by their expertise on the best way forward. That level of honesty, patience, and professionalism made such a difference. A special shout-out to Angie, their Operations lady, who made sure everything was booked in and organised. She was absolutely lovely to deal with — friendly, professional, efficient, and reassuring throughout. Louis came out initially to carry out the diagnostics and took the time to properly explain what was going on. He then returned to carry out the work, along with Sam, and both were absolutely fantastic. They were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, respectful of my home, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. What had felt like a complete nightmare honestly turned into a dream, and I could not be happier with the result. It is such a relief to finally have the issue resolved after all this time. It is rare these days to find a company that combines genuine expertise with kindness, honesty, friendliness, and professionalism, but SMH Plumbing & Heating Ltd really are a rare gem. If I could give them 100 stars, I absolutely would. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

From the very first visit, I was impressed with their service. The engineer, Cam, was polite, professional, and confident in his work, which immediately gave me peace of mind. The installation of the thermostatic mixer tap and shower has completely transformed the bathroom. "I was a bit skeptical about starting our bathroom renovation because I thought it was going to be a complicated job and I hadn’t had a great experience with plumbers in the past but Steve and his team put me at ease completely. They gave a very reasonable quote which they stuck to and they went above and beyond to fix any issues that arose keeping within our budget. They were friendly and efficient. The bathroom looks great and the finish was professional. The office team were also responsive and helpful."

"Recommended, a great company. I’m very pleased with the quality and speed of work done at a good price. Steve was very responsive to all communications and accommodating to fit the job in quickly. The guys are very knowledgeable, experienced and take pride in their work. I will definitely be using them again and recommending to friends Work done: A cracked and leaking 50 gallon loft water tank spurred me into replacing the vented hot water and heating system (300 litre tank) and very noisy pump with an unvented/pressurised system. No more irritating pump noise when turning on the hot water. No mess, no stress, the work was carried out efficiently by Daryl and Steve, everything works perfectly with good pressure. An access hole was required to be cut into the hall ceiling for the tank blow off valve drain. Steve had pin point precision in locating the drain to be tapped into. They organised decorators to skim and paint the repair to as good as new. A top job."
