We replaced our existing garage, which had subsidence, with a new one, under an insurance claim, but weren’t aware that this wouldn’t come under Permitted Development Rights as we live in a National Park. "From the first meeting that I had with Ranjeet I knew that I was working with someone who was committed to the right solution for me. Ranjeet really listens to what you want and asks questions in a way that enabled to me to feel sure I was clear about both the form and function of the space. My house is small and so it was really important that i used all of the space well. He was generous with his time and ideas and has useful processes that make you think more deeply than other people I spoke to. He was involved in remodelling the kitchen/dining room which resulted in a fabulous open plan kitchen with space for a utility/loo. Upstairs he was able to get an en suite to work in a very small space. He also helped with a studio room. I asked for a recommendation for a builder and he introduced me to Majengo who didi a great job too. Ranjeet's team are great, I worked with Lucie who was very patient, positive and helpful.
