"From the time of my visit to the excellent Showroom, site survey, ordering through to installation, the service from Riverside Bifolds has been 5 star. My installation comprised 2 double sliding doors and 3 windows and I am extremely pleased with the quality of the product but so very often my experiences as a Chartered Surveyor (but now retired) has been that poor installation with a lack of attention to finishing has been all to common. This is certainly not the case with Riverside Bifolds, the three installers that did my installation were terrific people, friendly, approachable and constantly checking that I was happy with the installation and I am totally satisfied with my choice of Riverside Bifolds. Communication with Anthony and Claire in the Office has been really good, quotation presented in good detail with delivery and installation achieved in line with the date indicated at the time of quotation. Anthony's attention to detail on the Survey meant that any problems were identified in advance at the time of Quotation and not left for resolution at the time of installation. "I would certainly recommend Riverside Bi Folds to anyone thinking of having new doors or windows fitted. Local independent company that gives a first rate bespoke service at a competitive price. I had an old unattractive white UPVC door replaced last year for a new aluminium framed panoramic door, and recently had old single glazed box sash windows replaced at the front and rear ground floor with new aluminium double glazed units...no more chills and condensation issues now! Aaron and the team did a fantastic job and I am very pleased with the results. I will definitely be contacting them again next year with a view to replacing some of my 1st floor windows. "100% recommend this company. They have recently fitted 5 panel bi-fold door, set of french doors and triangle windows to sit above our bi-folds. From the initial visit to installation I can't fault them. We visited there showroom in Southampton to try out the bi-folds before ordering. They have done a fab job which included rectifying some previous poor workmanship. We did a lot of shopping around before going with this company and not only were they the best value but they did an amazing job and you can tell they care about you. We only had to pay an initial deposit and balance was paid once work was completed. If your in the market for bi-folds etc I would recommend you give these guys a try as if you get the same service we got you wont be disappointed."
