"Rich was great, very communicative and professional. He arrived on time and ensured everything was done to keep the room neat, clean and tidy. He did a great job cleaning our log burner and chimney. He highlighted future potential issues and gave some clear advice on how to prevent these from getting worse. He made sure everything was working correctly and replaced a worn seal, he even ensured our handle was correctly lubricated as well as some bolts which had begun to rust.
