"What can I say? Paul and Alex were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We had them strip out and old bathroom and refit a new one in October. Paul was incredibly communicative in advance and super helpful and patient, but not patronising, with explaining everything to two 30-year olds with no plumbing experience. They quoted 2 weeks for the job but set aside a week after the job in case there were any issues, which I thought was really good planning, as they had to come and finish off a few things on the Monday. Overall, we're super happy with our bathroom, it's exactly as we wanted, if not better! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone looking for professional quality, friendly bathroom fitting. In fact, I am actively recommending him to anyone who even mentions they might want a new bathroom!"
