"Mark, Lewis and team did extensive renovations to our roofing, including flat roofing, mortar work, extensive moss removal and chimney repair. In particular, they removed internal gutters in leaded flat roofing that were a triumph of style over substance, and replaced it with new flat roofing and external gutters, which are much more functional and look great. Mark and Lewis are great communicators and Lewis's additional training as a carpenter really came into its own with his work on the new flat roofing and guttering. I couldn't recommend Pople Roofing more highly."

"Mark and his son Lewis had done a minor repair for us before so we had no hesitation in calling them in when the very wet winter caused water ingresses round two of our windows and ceilings. Mark came out very promptly and quickly worked out what was going on, identifying some construction issues with our dormer windows and chimney from when the house was built. He proposed the most cost effective solution, including new high flow guttering. We only had to wait just a few days for the work to start which included putting up scaffolding for the chimney. When part of the work turned out not to be as bad as first thought, Mark adjusted the invoice accordingly. The team worked efficiently, without fuss and cleared up really well. "We contacted this company for a comprehensive roofing inspection recently It was explained in detail exactly why we wanted a comprehensive roofing report, and were expecting a thorough look over the external and inside the roof. Charged £250+ Vat. He was here for about 20 mins, stated that he was only able to make an external inspection and not go on the roof, although he did say he went up briefly. I specifically asked for a look at a Velux window install that was up there too to report on its install quality. What we received was a basic report with no real detail about the specific areas looked at, despite asking for this and explaining why, and it was written up on a VAT invoice, not in a report format that I asked for. I would have expected a much better service for £300, which is apparently the top end for a comprehensive report which should have taken over an hour, according to commentary, and I wouldn't recommend. The image is what we received - the 'comprehensive' report that I paid 300 quid for."
