"After our existing Heat Pump failing and being let down by several other heat pump engineers, it was refreshing to get hold of Craig, they came out quickly, and when we made a decision to replace the unit, they called, came out, delivered and installed a new heat pump, when the said they would. However follow up services woeful did not register heat pump with LG and voided 7 year warranty not good"

Eventually found Pegasus and contacted Craig who came and sorted out the problem without delay.
