"PCD are fantastic!! We made contact with Pete at PCD after seeing one of his vans on my road. We were getting rather frustrated trying to find a builder, that would answer the phone, return my call, come out and see us ! Pete picked up straight away and was very professional and efficient, came out quickly to look at the house and discuss the work required. Pete highlighted things that I hadn't thought of, and was willing to price the job in sections. Pete let me choose what I wanted to do myself therefore keeping his bill down. After instruction Pete and the team were straight to work, Pete supplied a schedule, so that I knew what was happening and when, including the bits I had to do, to keep on track. As with all building work we uncovered some unknown additional work. Pete wasn't worried at all and got straight on the phone making arrangements. The work was completed on time and to a high standard. Pete was in contact or contactable throughout the project. Pete often visited the site to make sure all was well. We had a payment schedule drawn up at the start of the build, so I knew how much and when I was paying. This project was life changing for us and I'm very glad we found PCD to make it happen. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to any family or friends !"
