Re the company you choose to go with the real test is how they respond when there is an issue. We have only had 1 issue which seemed to be a software glitch after a hardware update by the equipment manufacturer. We called OffGrid Pro and they responded immediately and managed everything remotely - checking the system regularly overnight to make sure it was working as expected. Can’t ask for anything more!
