"Ben at Oakley and Norman was very patient with us in designing our bathroom and was very honest in his opinions too. We have a family house but were undecided about taking the bath out, only because of resale. Because we are planning on staying here we went with the bathroom we wanted which make a large walk in shower. The room is small but has everything we need in terms of cupboards etc. I think we adjusted the plan about 3 times but Ben was very patient with us. Much easier doing it face to face in the show room too. Ben was able to provide a fitter, Shaun, who was brilliant throughout the fitting. Nothing was too much trouble, he was very polite, very tidy and talked us through everything he had done that day and any adjustments we might need. Would absolutely recommend Shaun. The overall experience was great and pain free. Any problems with deliveries which were only a couple, were resolved quickly and efficiently without holding up the work.
