Any unforeseen issues incurring extra costs were advised and discussed before proceeding. Open communication was key to that process. Sam brought in subcontractors for some parts which he managed and advised us along the way. Most importantly anything we wanted to change or needed to discuss Sam was open and approachable. During the building works everything was cleaned and tidied up at the end of each day. Overall we would not hesitate to recommend his company and are delighted with the end result!"
