"Called John on a Saturday morning, came out within a couple of hours and had the job done. We had a wasp nest starting to form right by our window and it was a heatwave so struggled to have the window open when wasps were in and out. John treated it and they were gone within a couple of hours. Great service, value for money and efficient. Definitely would recommend. Found John through a local Facebook page and it didn't disappoint."

"I can’t recommend John highly enough. After discovering a rodent hole outside my house, I searched for help through Google Maps, and I’m really glad I found John. From start to finish, his service was helpful, professional, and completely trustworthy. He carried out a thorough site visit to properly evaluate the issue, taking the time to explain what was happening and what needed to be done, which immediately put my mind at ease. John identified the rodent activity using tracking powder and night-vision cameras, which clearly showed where the problem was coming from. He then set up bait boxes and mouse traps in the right locations to deal with the issue effectively. What really stood out was the attention to detail when it came to prevention. John properly blocked the rodent entry hole using metal rat mesh, filled other potential access points with expanding foam, and secured the drainage gaps with steel wool to ensure nothing could get back in. The pricing was reasonable and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises. Overall, John is reliable, knowledgeable, and someone you can genuinely trust. If you’re looking for a pest control professional who does the job right the first time, I would highly recommend John."

"Had my filthy sofa cleaned today and I am over the moon at the results! There were so many stains ranging from watermarks and pet stains to my partner's hair wax. As you can see from the photos, Crystal Carpet Cleaning managed to get them all out and my sofa looking like new again. Not to mention that they were reasonably priced and very friendly too - highly recommend to all and can see why they consistently get 5-star ratings."
