"Absolutely useless. I spoke to them on Friday as the urinals in our pub were blocked and they said somebody would be able to attend the following morning if I sent them all the details - which I did straight away. Called in the morning to check when someone would be arriving and they said there was nothing on the system. I was then advised that because I was now trying to book on a Saturday it was “out of hours” and there is a higher charge."

"We had a work with Lanes Drainage with one of consultants in Winchester. The service provided by them was not good for client. They were not able to locate the closed manholes and left the job in between. The manhole was found later during construction and costed the client £20k to get the pumping solution as Lanes did the poor job at first instance."
