"For customer service I would give a 4/5 star review, however for quality of product we would have to give lower. Our kitchen has now has been installed for 7 years. We are specifically disappointed with the shaker style cupboard doors; almost all of them have de-laminated over the last 2 years. The first 3 were replaced by the manufacturer at no cost, but have been charged cost price for the most recent 6. Whilst we don't want something for nothing, feel that this is not the quality product we bought into & should be raised with the manufacturer."
