"Aggressive tailgating by driver of tipper truck on the A286 yesterday, I pulled over to allow the vehicle to pass. The vehicle then proceeded to exceed the 30mph speed limit thru Singleton and Lavant ending up at the roundabout in Chichester approximately 4 metres ahead of me. Telephoned INERT Office to advise them of the drivers behaviour, they promised to call me back..... needless to say....... SILENCE."
