His attention to detail, work focused attitude and depth of knowledge are fantastic. I have complete confidence I’m in good hands with Dan, and that he will do the job to the highest possible standard. When we were planning our boiler replacement he listened to our wants, needs and concerns, and helped us find a solution that met all of them. During the work he kept me up to date with pictures and videos as well as phone calls. When decisions were needed, he offered me options to choose between and pros and cons of each. When there was something I wasn’t happy with, he heard out the full reason why, understood and returned quickly to make the changes needed. They say when something goes wrong you see the full measure of someone, and Dan just reinforced to me how much pride he takes in doing a job well. "Found dan on an emergency case My boiler in my new home was faulty at purchase. I contacted Dan on a sunday fretting about having no heat in minus 2 degrees He came over within 15 minutes of the call in the pouring rain. Found the problem rather quickly and was able to diagnose and price the same day. Part was fitted and problem resolved within 26 hours. ( even coming to us after finishing for the day ) Me, my wife and kids thank dan for his quick resolution to our problem when others would have turned us away until later in the week.
