The work was carried out promptly and to a very high standard, time and care was taken in cleaning after the installation and to explain the operation of the A/C controls. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We already had air conditioning downstairs and had another company booked to install a unit upstairs. Unfortunately, our downstairs system stopped working during the middle of the recent heatwave. I contacted the company that was due to install the upstairs unit, but they couldn’t (or wouldn’t) help at all. I then called Fair Oak Air Conditioning and spoke to Adam. Without hesitation, he said he’d pop in on his way home to have a look at the conservatory unit. He was the only person willing to help during one of the busiest periods of the year, and that immediately gave me confidence. That level of customer service made my decision easy. I cancelled my order with the other company and asked Fair Oak Air Conditioning to replace the downstairs system as well as install the new upstairs unit. Adam and his team were outstanding from start to finish. They arrived exactly when they said they would, were friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. "Super easy to get in touch with, Adam took a look at my aging AC system and was able to recognise the likely causes of the poor performance and offered a comprehensive selection of options going forward, importantly advising against servicing due to the low likelihood of improvement given the observed symptoms. When the system eventually fails I'll definitely be in touch for an upgraded replacement. Update: FOAC have since been back to install a replacement system in my office and a new system in my garage. Both are working great, the pricing was very competitive, but the most impressive was the quality of the install. Inside and out the finish is really nice and super tidy, plus the team also kept everything really clean during the install process.
