"Eddie and his team replaced my Worcester Bosch boiler as well as installing a new ACV Smart hot water tank. Eddie was very consultative and gave me three different approaches depending on whether I wanted to prioritise budget, hot water performance or pressure performance. Eddie had a team of 4 guys onsite for an entire day and replaced the boiler and hot water tank as well as reconfiguring the whole setup for better performance. He also replaced my stopcock with a new one, installed a pressure gauge on the mains inlet and fitted a new access panel for no extra charge. The team disposed of all the old hardware and rubbish leaving our house clean and tidy. If you want the benefit of many years of experience and a genuine passion for providing the right solution to meet your needs, then I'm happy to recommend Eddie and team, they did a great job!"

"I'm writing a review after a year, I'm worried about retribution but need to be honest. The service initially although chaotic on the day I appreciated a new boiler instal being done in one day, however the mess left was terrible, a new hole had to be drilled under the stairs, the cupboard had coats kids toys the hoover etc, no dust sheet was used,brick dust in everything, the Stramit board in the loft which they couldn't remove as potential asbestos was strewn across my loft, my solid oak worktops had a pool of water on which luckily I spotted and cleared up. After the instalation the condensate pump stuck on, the advice to give it a tap didn't work, Eddie was quick to come out the first time, pretty quick the second time and replaced the pump, the third time altered the pipework run off, but now we are on our own, he came back for the service as there's money to be had for that, I'm not sure how thorough the service was at ten minutes. The pump still sticks sometimes he won't answere messages, My wife bumped into him and he said no message recieved, she told him we still have the issue and he muttered he's busy. I'll sort the problem myself in my time and at my cost so just be wary, many good reviews I know but are people worried to complain."
