"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY :zero respect for health & safety . I did not employ these people to install inspection covers on the Estate I live on near Eastbourne but their shoddy workmanship ie Leaving screws out of inspection covers,not just one but all of them ,caused me to fall down one of them & now have a SCS inserted in my spine in an effort to control the unbearable pain through trapped nerves I have endured since the event . I will be never be able to ride my horse /bike in this lifetime.Struggling to get employment as medicines make me drowsy ,morphine etc. Pictures for evidence & consideration . Since event occurred June 24 ,company has returned & rectified the covers but is refusing to accept liability .Citing their work is only guaranteed for 12 months . If there was nothing wrong with covers why did they return & rectify at no cost? The cost to me has been life changing just because so called ‘experts’ can’t do the job properly in the first place I have to suffer. Fortunately my accident was witnessed by a gentleman nearby who came to my aid The hole was 4-5ft deep my pelvis was crushed & ,my leg & head were injured causing me to lose consciousness for several minutes. A child might not have been so lucky"

"I have to agree with the one star review from Alfie. The H&S standards of this company leave a lot to be desired. The company operates by using people without the correct machinery tickets on their sites which is dangerous and against HSE directives. When injuries occur on site they cover things up and staff are 'relieved' of their services whilst recovering from significant injury!! Interestingly they dont have much local work to Hampshire which is where they are based - make of that what you will. Issues raised directly with DRG and no acknowledgement."
