David gave personalised advice, with my parents opting for a large 6m x 4m awning with integrated lights and it suits the space perfectly - it really does look like it was always meant to be there. He recommended a high-quality German manufacturer (and even suggested we check independent reviews), chose two-tone brackets so it blends seamlessly with the house, waited for the delivery on installation day, fitted it himself with his apprentice Dan (also a genuinely lovely guy), and made sure my parents were completely confident using it before he left. We’re honestly just really pleased with both the product and the service. Most importantly for me, I know my parents are in safe hands going forward, which gives me real peace of mind.
