Lisa guided us through the design process and helped us make the right decisions on what would be suitable for our bathrooms. We changed our minds a lot but nothing was too much trouble. When it came to fitting, Dave is meticulous and he made no decisions without checking with us first. We now have two gorgeous bathrooms with everything as we want it and no snagging issues. "Brilliantly helpful! I needed to replace a shower head fitting from a style of shower that appears to be out of production. Not only did they manage to find the part I needed but they went the extra mile to remove the broken part that was stuck in the shower head, so I didn’t also have to replace the very expensive shower head too!
