"Very poor service provided to me today. When I went to get my second FOB key repaired ( after changing it’s battery with a new one) the lad at the counter told me it needs to change the battery and when I said after changing if it’s not working can he fix the key issue. He said he can’t. What sort of auto locksmith is this? Try to earn few quids by selling me a button battery which I replaced one hour ago from Halfords. Don’t recommend this place at all."

"Wonderful...my patio door would not lock and to be fair is over 20 years old ..I called these people and they helped me understand how to remove the lock myself and take it to them for identification.. brilliant instructions and more useful tips when I got there made refitting easy...ish... well done for great customer service and thank you again for your help Tony"
