Customer Reviews
"We’ve used Oven Cleaning Solutions several times and had great results, but our most recent experience was very disappointing. After Ryan’s last visit, the oven was left with chemical residue and a strong odour when heated. Despite sending multiple messages, calls, and photos to Matthew, we've had no response. While we understand things can occasionally go wrong, the lack of follow-up is frustrating - especially when they advertise a 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back. We're now forced to re-clean the oven ourselves, which is unacceptable after paying for a professional service. As loyal customers, we’re disappointed by the drop in standards and lack of accountability."
"Was booked to clean the oven on our customers boat, and after a conversation said he could also do a deep clean of the interior for us as well. Failed to turn up on the day he was booked in for and didn’t turn up till 10 the day after. Didn’t turn up with the cleaning kit to do an oven and after 30 min of cleaning told us he was going to get oven cleaning kit and never returned."
"Had my neglected oven cleaned earlier today. Matthew did an amazing job. Sparkles like new and no smelly chemicals. Friendly and professional. Will be using again and recommending to others. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"Oven Cleaning Solutions have been amazing. I’ve used them many times and each time they leave my oven sparkling clean.Staff are also lovely! I’d recommend to anyone! Thank you so much! 😁"
"Can not fault the service Matt provides! My very well used ovens look like new when he is finished! He is so good that when we moved from Locks Heath to West Sussex, we still use him! He is also a genuinely great guy to have in your home; friendly, professional, polite. 100% reliable, never let us down once in 3 years! Always on time, works cleanly. Can not recommend him highly enough! Hoping he will soon be our new house cleaner when we move back again! If he cleans houses like he cleans ovens I’ll be very happy indeed!"
