"After a disastrous socket failure, on a Friday , which fortunately didn’t end in a total catastrophe to the house I contacted James. He attended within a short space of time and looked at the circuit. We agreed a repair plan and a day to attend to carry the work out over the weekend , he turned up on the day we’d agreed and on time. With this in mind he responded quickly and was efficient in getting some added safety features around my home. He fitted a Ring door bell and ensured I was able to set it up correctly, helping patiently along the way!
