Emma was lovely and we hit it off at the initial meeting and she made me feel that nothing was too much trouble. Rachel and her team turned up when they said they would and I left them to it. I could hear all the bustling going on downstairs and the occasional coo-ing over my inquisitive dog. The Chandler's Ford based Bright and Beautiful are by far the most professional and polite team I have used. The communication prior to the clean, with Emma, was excellent. I knew exactly what was happening and when, there were no hidden costs, all quoted up front. On the day Emma met me at the property with 2 other members of her team. All 3 were very friendly, nothing seemed to be a problem for them. I left them to it, and when I went back, the quality of the clean matched the level of professionalism I had already experienced with them. It smelled fresh and looked gleaming, they must have worked extremely hard to create that transformation. Highly, highly recommend."
