Bargate

"After 3 years of searching, we are absolutely thrilled to have finally found our dream home with Bargate Homes. We exchanged contracts today and we are over the moon!!! 🤩 From the very beginning, the whole process has been smooth and straightforward. The sales team has been consistently kind, friendly, and always available, responding promptly by phone and email. They truly listened to our requirements and made everything feel easy and well supported throughout. Their honesty and willingness to help gave us complete confidence, and we genuinely feel we’ve purchased the best home with excellent value and fantastic location! Everyone we dealt with has been exceptional and played a part in making our experience so positive, but a special thank you goes to Jonathan, who we met with most often and who patiently guided us through all our questions and queries. We would also like to thank Tony and Joel for their help along the way, which we really appreciated. We are so glad we chose Bargate Homes Heritage Place! The quality of both the homes and the sales team/customer service has been outstanding. Looking forward to making new family memories in our perfect home. 🥰♥️"

"I’ve had a fantastic experience with Bargate Homes. The sales team—Callum, Zoe, and Maddie—were absolutely brilliant throughout. They kept me regularly updated with emails, photos, and progress reports on the build, which really helped me feel involved and reassured every step of the way. A special mention must go to Charlotte, who was an absolute godsend during the process. Her support, patience, and professionalism made all the difference. "I recently purchased a home with Bargate Homes at the Hamblewood development, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Jonathan, Zoe, and Alison were amazing to work with. Their updates were timely, the property finish exceeded expectations, and their attention to detail was superb. I highly recommend Bargate Homes to anyone in search of a new build home. Thank you, Bargate Homes team, for making this process seamless and enjoyable. 5 stars!"

"In July 2020, we bought a new build in Bishop's Waltham, built by Bargate Homes. We were immediately impressed by the manner in which they conducted themselves. Their marketing team has done an excellent job in presenting Bargate as a family business - and this isn't just an image. The more time we spent with Bargate, the more it became clear that they are more than just a faceless building conglomerate. They are a company that care about the finer details, and clearly care about the customer too. We had a rather tumultuos transaction due to issues with our buyer (nothing to do with Bargate), but Charlie and Margaret from The Brick Station were there every step of the way. They offered advice when we needed it, and even stepped in to help out in certain situations where they could. We are so pleased we made the decision to buy from Bargate."

"We have been so impressed with Bargate Homes and at this moment in time would highly recommend buying a new build property with them. The process was new to us but Lorraine specifically has been so helpful, efficient and pleasant throughout the whole process! We completed on the house today and move in officially tomorrow, so can't comment on living in the property yet but we believe the hard part is over. The houses are beautifully built, and ours is more than we could have hoped for. Bargate have been a lovely company to deal with, thank you!"
