"Air control surpassed my expectations. Initial communication, planning and costing of the job (multi-split Toshiba heat pump, 5 AC units, domestic installation) was done by Tom, who did an excellent job of tailoring the installation plans to my requirements. After placing the deposit for the installation, we had regular dialogue to confirm the installation date, as the hardware was on a few months lead time. The installation was done by Sam and a team of engineers (Jaydon, George and others) who really did an excellent job. Sam’s work was performed to a very high standard both inside and outside the house, setting the expectations for the wider team. He worked hard to minimize dust and regularly reminded the wider team to take their shoes off in the house to prevent damage to the carpets! The installation required 5 full days, and in order to finish on time, Air Control had around 6 engineers on site on the Friday to push the job over the line. We are really happy with this air-to-air heat-pump system and can confirm that it is working well to heat the house. I would fully recommend Air Control to friends and family following our very positive experience with them. Great job guys!"

"What a fantastic experience with ACS. I already had AC in the bedroom but the unit wasn't functioning correctly so decided to replace it with a mitsubishi unit due to their excellent quality and quiet operation. Sarah arranged a consultation with Tom who was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I received an excellent quote within 24hrs which I accepted and a little over a week later the job was done. The installation was completed in a timely manner and the house was left spotless. Highly recommended."
